1. How do I get started?

Simply complete my Creative Vision Guide and select the service you’re interested in. I’ll review your submission and reach out within 24 hours to discuss your project, answer any questions, and recommend the best package if needed.

2. How does payment work?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins. The remaining balance is due after your project has been approved and before your final files are delivered.

3. How many revisions are included?

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds, which are listed on the package page. If you need additional revisions or services beyond your selected package, they can be added for an additional fee.

4. What will I receive when my project is finished?

Once your final payment has been received, you’ll receive your finished files in the appropriate high-resolution formats for your project. Any files shared during the design process will include a watermark until the project has been fully approved and paid for.

5. Can you create something that’s not listed on your website?

Absolutely! Every project is unique. If you don’t see a package that fits your needs, I’d be happy to discuss a custom project and provide a personalized quote.

6. Do I have to hire different designers for branding, social media, and book design?

Not at all! One of the goals of A.M. Miller Creative Studio is to provide a cohesive creative experience. Whether you need branding, book covers, promotional graphics, or social media content, I can help create a consistent visual identity from start to finish.

7. How long does a project usually take?

Project timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your project, as well as my current schedule. Once I’ve reviewed your Creative Vision Guide, I’ll provide an estimated timeline before any work begins.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Because every project is custom designed, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. This deposit covers the time spent researching, planning, and creating your project. If you have any concerns during the process, I’ll work closely with you through the included revision rounds to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
